Everything you need to know about Campus Mum and our services.

General

Campus Mum is a UK-based student concierge service offering personalised support to university students studying in the UK. We help with everything from arrival and settling in to everyday life, wellbeing, and practical challenges, while giving families reassurance from wherever they are in the world.

You can learn more about who we are and why we started on our About Us page.
Our services are designed for university students aged 18 and over. Many families arrange our support for their children, but students can also join independently.

If you are unsure whether our service is right for you, our Services page explains everything in more detail.
We are not an agency, a call centre, or a faceless service. We are real people offering real support. Our approach is warm, discreet, personal, and deeply human.

Support & Services

We support students with arrival, accommodation, everyday admin, emotional wellbeing, and ongoing practical needs throughout the academic year. Our role is to make life in the UK feel easier, calmer, and more manageable.

A full overview is available on our Services page.

You can explore the different options on our Pricing and Packages page.

More details can be found on our Pricing and Packages page.
Students registered with us can reach out for urgent support at any time. We are here to guide, coordinate, and support when something feels stressful or overwhelming.
No. Campus Mum is a concierge and wellbeing support service. We are not legal guardians and do not replace universities, parents, or formal care structures.

Our role is to complement independence, not replace it.

Arrival, Accommodation & Communication

We guide students through the UK housing process, explain what to look out for, help them understand agreements, and support them through move-in. We also assist with issues that arise after settling in.
